Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Glidepath at glidepath.app. By creating an account, signing in, or using the service, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our disclaimer, all of which are incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use Glidepath.
What Glidepath is - and is not
Glidepath is an informational and educational retirement-planning tool. It is not financial, tax, investment, legal, or accounting advice, and using it does not create any advisory or fiduciary relationship. The full scope of this limitation is set out in the disclaimer, which is incorporated into and forms part of these terms.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Glidepath. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security or legal risk.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt the service; access another user’s data or accounts; reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service; use it to break any law; or upload content you have no right to provide. The plan you build is for your own personal use.
Your content
You keep ownership of the financial information you enter. You grant us the limited right to store and process it to operate the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy - including sending de-identified numeric figures to our AI provider (AWS Bedrock, in the EU) when you request an explanation, summary, or report. Your real account names are client-side encrypted and are never sent to the AI.
Our intellectual property
The Glidepath software, models, design, and content (excluding your inputs) are owned by Endymion Labs LLC and its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership to you.
Third-party services
Glidepath relies on third-party providers and on data sources for market and tax assumptions. The providers that process your data are Clerk (authentication), Railway (EU hosting and Postgres), Cloudflare (edge network and security), AWS (Bedrock for AI and KMS for encryption keys, in the EU), Sentry (error monitoring), and Resend (notification email delivery). The AI runs on AWS Bedrock using Anthropic’s Claude models (Claude Haiku 4.5 and Claude Sonnet 4.6). We are not responsible for those parties’ own services, and your use of sign-in providers (Google, Apple) is also subject to their terms. The full list is in the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
Glidepath is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any projection will be accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Endymion Labs LLC and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any decision you make or decline to make in reliance on the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim (or, if you paid nothing, to USD 100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Endymion Labs LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or your violation of these terms or of any law or third-party right.
Deleting your account
You may stop using Glidepath and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account inside the product. Deletion is a cryptographic erasure: we destroy the wrapped key that protects your client-side-encrypted identity, which permanently renders your encrypted account and institution names unreadable, and we delete your numeric plan data. The same cryptographic erasure runs automatically if your underlying identity is removed at our authentication provider. Deletion is immediate and irreversible; export your plan first if you want to keep a copy. See the Privacy Policy for the full description.
Changes and termination
We may modify the service or these terms; the version at this URL is current, and continued use after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or end the service, or your access to it, as described above.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Endymion Labs LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions about these terms: [email protected].
